University Hospital Network Downtime

The IT department needs to complete a software upgrade on 4 network switches at UH in order to accommodate more devices.

This upgrade will require us to power cycle 4 different switches at UH.
These network switches are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the main building.

The outages will affect all devices connected to these network switches (phones, computers, printers, wireless routers, etc) and each outage will last approximately 15 minutes.
There will be only one planned outage per switch/area.

1st floor
Jacks starting with the characters UH1

2nd floor
Jacks starting with the characters U23 or U24

3rd floor
Jacks starting with the characters UH3

Our tentative schedule for the upgrade/outage on Saturday, February 15th is as follows.
1st floor
jacks starting with UH1 interruption starts at 09:15

2nd floor
Jacks starting with U23 interruption starts at 09:30
Jacks starting with U24 interruption starts at 09:45

3rd floor
Jacks starting with UH3 interruption starts at 10:00
